Refusing again, Masen heads home to find his son studying with girlfriend Ellie.

 

Here we learn that life is going well for Masen.

Masen visits Rudi at home.

 

Leaving the Morgue, Masen runs in to the attendant wheeling Hulderman's body in.

Masen rushes to Crime Commissioner Layford's home.

After confessing, Masen asks for five minutes alone with Rudi.

 

Second Story is "The Nightclub Swindel" by Lesile Charteris and A. Chollingsworth. The art isn't as nice, but the writing is just as good.
